Adidas ALTS: The Next Phase
ALTS by Adidas, marks the final phase of the Into the Metaverse initiative. In April 2023, Adidas revealed that holders of NFTs from the Into the Metaverse collection could exchange them for NFTs from the new ALTS by Adidas collection. These ALTS act as different identities for the holders, each having unique traits. Furthermore, each one has its own benefits tailored to the holder’s preferences. Moreover, rarity traits within ALTS provide exclusive privileges like early product access and real-life events.
In May 2023, Adidas surprised ALTS holders by airdropping three Rift Valley motel coins per ALT to every holder. Now, the Rift Valley Motel Vending Machine, which opens on July 4th, will allow more than 10,550 ALTS owners who received these tokens to customise their avatars even further.
Chapter 2 is all about collecting facial traits via an interactive vending machine. Furthermore, the Rift Valley Motel vending machine will reveal only a few of the traits out of the hundreds that are set to be featured. The vending machine will remain open until July 25th.
Anyone with an NFT and a Rift Valley Motel coin can activate the vending machine to receive a different trait. It’s important to note that 1 Coin = 1 Trait. Participants will get a common, rare or epic trait and will start seeing their characteristics on their avatars.
